Mastercard Donation Top-Up Australian Promotion Terms and Conditions 

1. Promotion Period

– This promotion begins on November 19, 2024 and ends on June 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM AEST (“Promotion Period”), or while funds last. 

2. Eligibility

– This promotion is open to individuals who make a donation on the Australian GoFundraise platform using a Mastercard via Click to Pay during the Promotion Period;

– Donations must be made to a participating charity. Some charities or event organisers may choose to opt-out of this promotion;

– Donations must be processed successfully during the Promotion Period to be eligible;

– This promotion applies to donations only and does not apply to registrations or purchases made on the GoFundraise platform. 

3. Top-Up Amount

– Mastercard will top up each eligible donation with an additional $5;

– The maximum top-up amount per donation is $5;

– The charity’s service fee, according to their existing agreement with GoFundraise, will be deducted from the $5 top-up amount to cover the admin costs of disbursing the funds;

– Once the funding amount limit is reached, the promotion will end, even if it is before June 30, 2026. 

4. Conditions

– Mastercard and GoFundraise reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any donation and to exclude any donation from the promotion if it believes the donation is not genuine or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions;

– Mastercard and GoFundraise’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final and binding;

– This promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. 

5. Opt-Out

– Charities and event organisers have the right to opt-out of this promotion at any time by notifying GoFundraise in writing. Donations made to charities or event organizers who have opted out will not be eligible for the top-up. 

6. Privacy

– Any personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be handled in accordance with GoFundraise’s Privacy Policy. 

By making a donation during the Promotion Period, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
